This warranty covers the replacement of damaged or lost stones for a year.
It also covers the cleaning and polishing of your ring for 1 year
You only pay for the shipping to and fro

In the rare event that your item has a defect, please contact a customer service representative at info@sainttracy.com, and we will be happy to assist you in getting your item repaired. Please include your order number and contact information in your communications with us.
Saint Tracy reserves the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond “normal wear”, as deemed by our jewelry professionals.
We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
