THE STONES WE USE

Saint Tracy uses diamond stones, precious stones and lab created stones which are very cost effective. We source for our stones from verified merchants all over the world. We use only the best and conflict free stones for our rings.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Saint Tracy offers a one year warranty on all our rings against manufacturing defects and workmanship. The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone other than an authorized Saint Tracy representative.

This warranty covers the replacement of damaged or lost stones for a year.

It also covers the cleaning and polishing of your ring for 1 year

You only pay for the shipping to and fro 

We inspect our rings before shipment to ensure that you receive the best quality.. In the rare event that your item has a defect, please contact a customer service representative at info@sainttracy.com, and we will be happy to assist you in getting your item repaired. Please include your order number and contact information in your communications with us.

Saint Tracy reserves the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond “normal wear”, as deemed by our jewelry professionals.

We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include

1. Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, chlorine, hottub or bathing

7 DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY

Your Satisfaction is very important to us. SAINT TRACY offers a 7 day Exchange policy if the ring you bought is too big or too small. We are happy to exchange the ring, upgrade the ring where you make up for the difference in price. We will however not refund monies paid,

• The item must be returned in a new and unworn condition (no damage, no wear).

• The item being returned must have the jewelry tag attached.

• Customized items (including customized size, engraved, customized color) will not be accepted for refund.

• Replacement will not be accepted for a refund. We will offer an exchange or store credits

• You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Here’s what you need to know if your ring doesn’t immediately fit

First and foremost, gentlemen, ensure that you buy your rings from a store that has a free exchange policy like Saint Tracy because we may have the same ring in a different size and will gladly exchange it for you. If we don’t have the same ring in a different size, we will offer to resize the ring if it is possible. Our Exchange Policy is 7 days from date of purchase, please propose as soon as you buy the ring lol. After 7 days, you will be charged a penalty fee of  N10,000 UP TO 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.. All exchanges must take place within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we can no longer exchange any ring.  

Smaller rings sizes can’t be resized

Unfortunately, there’s almost nothing that can be done if the ring size is too small or if it is an eternity band except exchange it for another set or design. Example, you bought a size 5 ring, and you find out you are a size 7.  We will advise you just pick a size 7 ring instead of trying to adjust the ring.

If the ring needs to go up more than two sizes, there can be significant stress put on the ring it will affect the claws holding the stones– and it may just not be worth it.

Usually, resizing a ring takes less than 2 weeks at our store.

What about temporary fixes?

If you can't have your ring resized right away, if it is too big, we may add a ring guard or snug to make it fit a little better. It is plastic and it is small enough to hide behind your finger and make the ring tighter.

Return Process

To request a return, one of our customer service reps will follow up with you via email with instructions. If you require assistance, please email us at info@sainttracy.com.

Upon receipt of your return, all items are inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of any refunds, replacements or credits. New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the items. Additionally, items modified or re-sized by another jeweler are also not considered new. Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.

Jewellery Tag

The item being returned must have the jewelry tag still attached to the item. Do not remove this tag until you are certain you want to keep your item. The tag does not need to be removed for ring sizing purposes. The thread is extremely thin and will not impact how the ring fits.

Important Note: Package returned without consent will not be accepted!

POLICIES

PROCESSING TIME: Processing time differ from product to product but generally, once the product is on the website, it means its available and will take a maximum of 72 working hours to get to the client if in Nigeria and 3-7 days to our oversea clients.

SHIPPING METHOD & SHIPPING TIME

1. N2000 shipping orders to Nigeria are shipped using DHL or other courier services 

2. DHL Expedited shipping ($30) orders are shipped via DHL all over the world.

FINAL SALE

"Final Sale" items cannot be returned. Merchandise is sold as-is and without warranties. SAINT TRACY is not responsible for defects or repairs. Some products may be irregular or imperfect. SAINT TRACY is not responsible for quality and repair cost.
